Returns must be in new and unused condition. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from purchase date for a refund. Store credit will be issued for returns received after 30 days and up to 45 days from date of purchase. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days. No restocking fees. Gift returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping is nonrefundable. Final Sale Items are NOT protected by Simple Nomad’s Warranty Policy and are not returnable.
Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday 9 – 5 EST. We do not ship over the weekend or observed holidays. (Ex: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, etc.)

We currently ship internationally to Canada and the UK. For international shipments, we ship via USPS and FedEx. Shipping times are estimates only. Customer is responsible for duties & taxes that may be charged for delivery.
We understand that there are times you may need to return your product and we offer a 30 day window to return the item for a refund if in unused and perfect condition (less original shipping fees). If you would like to return your item, there is no restocking fee, however you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us. Please allow 5 – 7 business days after receipt for us to process your request.
